Season Ticket Renewals without current online account
If you are a current Season Ticket Subscriber but do not have an online account, please call the box office to setup your online account to renew your Season Tickets for 2010-2011. 713-526-2721
A Box Office Staff person will assign you a temporary password. The temporary password will be required in order to login to your account.
Please do not create a new account…

The following steps will help guide you through the process of renewing your Season Tickets online.
1. Click "Tickets" to visit or Ticket Site.
In the upper right hand corner click “My Account”
2. You will be prompted to type in your email address and password.  Insert the email address and temporary password given by the box office and press login.



You will be prompted to create a new password:





Your new password must be 12 characters no uppercase needed. You can use multiple numerals and/or letters (at least one nuber and special charactermust be included). Make note of your login information for future reference.
3. After your account appears place the cursor on top of the words “My Subscriptions” and click.




You will see Subscription Renew. Click on it.




4. Select your subscription and click "Add to Basket"
*If renewing more than one subscription: click orange button “continue shopping”. You will repeat process until all subscriptions have been renewed.
5. Once you have finished adding all subscriptions, click "Proceed to Checkout".
*Note - If the price of each individual renewal is not $130.00 you must call the Box Office.

6. Enter your payment information and click "Submit"
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your email account.
